What does the initial consultation look like?
All beginnings can be uncertain
Like all beginnings, the beginning of mental preparation can be uncertain. That’s why we’ll show you how an initial consultation works. The point of such session is to get to know each other a little bit and find out your expectations. Once we know your expectations, we know where to start. Normally, we’ll give you an idea of what mental preparation is and what we can influence. We’ll tell you about our experience and the problems we most often work with. We will ask you how you discovered us and how long it took you to commit to making an appointment.
Our initial consultation is always free of charge
Why you contacted us and what problem you are currently dealing with is also important information to us. Based on that, we will determine whether we will start our cooperation at all and whether it is in our power to help you. If so, we will set up a development plan that will help us achieve the result. We will agree on a diagnosis and a preliminary duration of collaboration.
Ask questions
The initial consultation is usually full of questions. You ask us everything you are interested in about mental preparation and our ways of working. We ask questions to help us get to know you better. Most of the time, this meeting lasts up to 30 minutes. The output of the meeting is usually an agreement on how to work together and what the next steps are.
Are you ready schedule your first initial consultation for free?
We look forward to hearing from you.
